How Long Is My Commitment to the Contract?
In most cases, Solveline operates on a flexible, month-to-month model. You can continue as long as the service meets your needs, with no long-term commitment or lock-in.
Assistants & Support Roles (Standard Contracts)
We ask for a monthly commitment, and you can scale your workload up at any time within a billing cycle. If you need to reduce your hours, we require at least two weeks’ notice before the start of the next billing cycle, allowing us to make necessary scheduling and resource adjustments promptly.
Group Contracts (Shared Team Model)
If you’re part of a shared contract with multiple organizations, we require a three-month initial commitment. This ensures we have the time and space to properly implement shared systems, structure workflows, and build an effective team around your needs. After those first three months, you may move to a month-to-month agreement.
Software Development Projects
For software builds, you’re hiring us to execute a clearly defined scope of work. Once the scope is finalized and signed, we require a 50% deposit upfront to begin the design phase. Twenty-five percent is due at the project’s midway milestone, and the final twenty-five percent is due upon completion, before the delivery of the final assets and the release of the codebase. This phased approach gives you clarity and control at every stage.
If you have a unique situation or need a custom engagement model, we’re happy to discuss it. Our goal is to keep things clear, flexible, and aligned with your priorities.
