Do I pay upfront or monthly?

We typically require a 3-month initial commitment to ensure we have the time needed to properly set up your systems, integrate your assistant, and establish a smooth workflow. This foundation allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality support from the start.

To begin, we ask for payment for the first two weeks upfront. After that, billing shifts to a monthly recurring schedule, invoiced at the end of each month.If you need to decrease hours, you can do so by giving notice before the start of a new billing cycle. Increases to hours or scope can be made at any time. This structure provides predictability, flexibility, and the time necessary to achieve meaningful results.
