How Often Do You Check In with Clients?

We check in regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly and your assistant is meeting expectations. During the first month, we stay especially close with weekly check-ins to support onboarding, clarify workflows, and make adjustments as needed.

After that, our quality assurance team maintains ongoing monthly check-ins or as frequently as you prefer. Feel free to also reach out at any time for support, strategy input, or to request changes. We’re proactive, but never intrusive—our goal is to stay aligned with your needs without adding extra work to your plate.
