After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel or pause your service at any time, provided you give two weeks’ notice before the start of a new billing cycle. This allows us to responsibly reassign staff and wrap up active tasks on your behalf.
If you’re in a month-to-month agreement after the initial term, there’s no penalty for pausing or stopping service, as long as the notice period is observed.
