Our standard minimum is 10 hours per week, which gives enough time for your assistant to build context, maintain momentum, and deliver consistent results. That said, in certain cases, we’ve supported clients at a 5-hour/week minimum when the scope is clearly defined and highly focused.
Most clients find that meaningful delegation typically requires at least one full workday per week, and often closer to two. This allows your assistant to stay aligned with your priorities, manage tasks proactively, and avoid the inefficiencies that come with fragmented work. If you’re unsure how many hours you need, we’re happy to help scope it out with you.
