If you need to increase hours mid-month, we can accommodate that right away. We’ll track the additional hours and include them in your end-of-month invoice.
If you need to decrease your hours, we require two weeks’ notice before the start of the next billing cycle. This gives us enough time to adjust staffing and schedules responsibly. Mid-month reductions aren’t applied retroactively, but we’ll make the changes for the following month.
